ShareZim is a Zimbabwean community-powered marketing platform that helps businesses grow through everyday people while creating opportunities for Zimbabweans to earn through referrals, campaign sharing, content creation, and brand challenges. This policy explains how earnings, platform fees, and withdrawals work on ShareZim. Please read carefully to understand how you earn money and how our fee structure works.

1. Supported Payment Methods

Payments are sent only to accounts registered under the user's verified details.

2. How You Earn Money

ShareZim offers multiple ways to earn. Your earnings depend on which programs you participate in:

Commission Campaigns (Products & Services)

When you share products or services and someone makes a purchase using your unique code, you earn a percentage commission on that sale.

Commission rates vary by product/service (displayed on each campaign)
Earnings are credited once the sale is verified by the provider

Click Campaigns

Businesses pay for traffic to their links. You earn a fixed amount per valid click when someone clicks your unique tracking link. Click campaign rewards come from a shared budget — a single campaign budget is distributed across all sharers participating in that campaign, meaning rewards continue until the budget is exhausted.

Each campaign displays its click rate (e.g., $0.01 or ZiG 0.50 per click)
Only valid, unique clicks are counted (fraud is detected and rejected)
Campaigns may end early once the shared budget is fully consumed

Creator Studio

Note: Creator Studio is an invite-only program. Not all users qualify — you must apply and be approved based on your content creation skills.

Approved creators receive paid content briefs from local businesses. You earn a fixed payout per completed brief.

Payout amount is specified in each brief before you accept
Payment is made after your content is reviewed and approved

3. Platform Fees

ShareZim charges a platform fee on sharer earnings to sustain and improve the platform. The fee is either a fixed amount or a percentage of your earnings, depending on the model in use at that time.

When Is the Fee Deducted?

The timing of the fee deduction depends on the model currently in use on the platform:

On Withdrawal

The platform fee is deducted at the point of withdrawal before funds are sent to your mobile money account.

Period-Based

The platform fee is deducted on a recurring schedule (e.g. weekly or monthly) directly from your wallet balance.

The active fee model and rate will always be visible in your earnings dashboard
Fees help cover payment processing, fraud prevention, and platform maintenance
Fee model changes will be communicated to sharers in advance

4. Earnings & Wallet

Earnings accumulate in your ShareZim wallet
Wallet balances reflect tracked and approved campaign activity (net of platform fees)
Some earnings may remain pending until verified by the campaign provider

5. Withdrawal Requests

Users must request withdrawals through the platform dashboard
All withdrawals are manually reviewed and approved by ShareZim
This review helps prevent fraud and ensures correct payments

6. Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are processed within 24 hours
Delays may occur due to system checks or mobile money network issues

7. Minimum Withdrawal

8. Rejected or Reversed Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be rejected if:

9. No Guaranteed Income

ShareZim does not guarantee earnings. Income depends on campaign availability, your performance, user activity, and market conditions. Past earnings are not indicative of future results.
