1. Platform Overview

ShareZim is an experimental advertising and link-sharing platform operated by JayK Communications Pvt Ltd. It allows users ("Sharers") to share campaign links and earn rewards based on tracked performance.

2. Eligibility

To use ShareZim, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

3. User Responsibilities

Sharers agree to:

• Share links honestly without misleading claims
• Avoid spam, forced clicks, bots, or artificial traffic
• Not manipulate or interfere with tracking systems
• Respect platform rules and campaign guidelines

Any attempt to fraudulently inflate clicks, views, or earnings may result in suspension or permanent banning without payment.

4. Campaigns

• Campaigns are created and managed by ShareZim administrators
• Participation is optional
• Campaign availability, duration, and rewards may change at any time

5. Earnings

• Earnings are calculated based on tracked campaign performance
• ShareZim reserves the right to adjust or withhold earnings if suspicious activity is detected
• Earnings are not guaranteed

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in abuse or fraud
• Harm platform integrity or business partners

7. Limitation of Liability

ShareZim is provided "as is." JayK Communications Pvt Ltd is not liable for loss of income, data, or opportunities arising from platform use.
