Platform Overview
ShareZim is a Zimbabwean community-powered marketing platform that helps businesses grow through everyday people while creating opportunities for Zimbabweans to earn through referrals, campaign sharing, content creation, and brand challenges. The platform is operated by JayK Communications Pvt Ltd and offers multiple ways to earn including Commission Campaigns, Click Campaigns, and the Creator Studio program.
Eligibility
To use ShareZim, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
User Responsibilities
Sharers agree to:
Share links honestly without misleading claims
Avoid spam, forced clicks, bots, or artificial traffic
Not manipulate or interfere with tracking systems
Respect platform rules and campaign guidelines
Any attempt to fraudulently inflate clicks, views, or earnings may result in suspension or permanent banning without payment.
Account Security
Important Notice
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. ShareZim and JayK Communications Pvt Ltd are not accountable for any account loss, unauthorized access, or damages resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
To protect your account, we recommend:
Using a strong, unique password
Never sharing your login credentials with anyone
Logging out of shared or public devices
Reporting any suspicious activity immediately
Campaigns
Campaigns are created and managed by ShareZim administrators
Participation is optional
Campaign availability, duration, and rewards may change at any time
Earnings
Earnings are calculated based on tracked campaign performance
ShareZim reserves the right to adjust or withhold earnings if suspicious activity is detected
Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on campaign availability and performance
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these terms
Engage in abuse or fraud
Harm platform integrity or business partners
Limitation of Liability
ShareZim is provided "as is." JayK Communications Pvt Ltd is not liable for loss of income, data, or opportunities arising from platform use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free of errors.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as ShareZim evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
